Senior Product Manager, Integrations

• Own and evolve Integrations end to end — the surface that connects every Typeform experience to the tools customers use to run their business. • Help Typeform become part of the customer's stack, at the scale of 500 million responses a year for 150,000 businesses. • Partner with Automations and Typeform AI to make the integrations layer the substrate for both customer-configured and agentic workflows. • Set the architectural direction for the integrations platform, partnering closely with engineering on key trade-offs. • Fully remote, hireable from the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, or Spain.

• Platform PM experience with real depth — has built or shipped integration platforms, connector frameworks, or developer-facing surfaces. • Deep familiarity with developer-facing surfaces, including APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OAuth and auth flows, and event systems. • Familiarity with agents, LLMs, context management, and RAG. • Technical depth and comfort engaging with engineers on the mechanics of an integrations product — auth flows, connector architecture, rate limiting, and retries. • Strong product sense and ability to identify what makes an integrations surface feel reliable, deep, and effortless. • Strong storytelling and strategic framing skills, able to align cross-functional teams and leadership through clarity and narrative. • Data-driven approach to decision-making, able to define the measurement model for the Integrations surface independently. • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, defining direction where none exists. • Experience working in distributed and remote teams, maintaining alignment and momentum asynchronously.

• Experience shipping integration platforms or iPaaS products such as Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io, or n8n. • Experience as a PM on a third-party integrations surface inside a horizontal SaaS ecosystem such as Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Notion. • Experience designing developer platforms, including SDKs, developer portals, marketplaces, and partner programs. • Experience launching an LLM-powered or agentic feature where integrations were the action surface. • Experience working with external partners and partner business development teams.

• Own both data-out and data-in integrations end to end, driving strategy in line with the Workflow Automations group vision. • Build and maintain traditional API integrations as well as agentic, MCP-based integrations. • Deepen priority integrations that move the most business and define how new ones are onboarded. • Partner with Automations to make integrations the substrate AI agents act through, without fragmenting the surface. • Set the architectural direction for the integrations platform, partnering closely with engineering on trade-offs. • Define and own the next phase of Integrations with a clear thesis and quarterly sequencing. • Monitor competitors, market trends, and shifts in customer expectations, including the fast-moving AI landscape. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, sales, and Partnerships. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
