Senior Product Manager - Integrations

• Own Typeform's integrations layer end to end — the surface that connects every form response to the tools customers use to run their business. • Drive strategy for both data-in and data-out integrations in line with the Workflow Automations group vision. • Build and maintain traditional API integrations as well as agentic MCP-based integrations. • Partner with the Automations team to make integrations the substrate AI agents act through. • Evolve the integrations platform so customers, partners, and agents can build on it with confidence. • Deepen priority integrations that move the most business and define how new ones are onboarded. • Monitor competitors, market trends, and the fast-moving AI landscape to guide strategy.

• Have platform PM experience with real depth — you have built or shipped integration platforms, connector frameworks, or developer-facing surfaces. • Have deep familiarity with developer-facing surfaces including APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OAuth, auth flows, and event systems. • Have familiarity with agents, LLMs, context management, and RAG. • Have an AI-native mindset — you actively build with LLMs, agents, and tool use frameworks. • Have technical depth and comfort engaging with engineers on auth flows, connector architecture, rate limiting, retries, and event flows. • Have comfort with trade-off discussions around reliability, observability, performance, and partner contract changes. • Have strong storytelling and strategic framing skills to align and influence cross-functional teams and leadership. • Be a strong triad collaborator who leads through influence with engineering and design. • Have a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to define measurement models without relying on a data analyst. • Be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and defining direction where none exists.

• Have experience shipping integration platforms or iPaaS products such as Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io, or n8n. • Have experience as a PM on a third-party integrations surface inside a horizontal SaaS ecosystem such as Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Notion. • Have experience designing developer platforms including SDKs, developer portals, marketplaces, and partner programmes. • Have experience launching an LLM-powered or agentic feature where integrations were the action surface. • Have experience working with external partners and partner business development teams.

• Own data-in and data-out integrations end to end and drive strategy within the Workflow Automations group. • Set the architectural direction for the integrations platform in close partnership with engineering. • Define and own the next phase of Integrations with a clear thesis and quarterly sequencing. • Deepen priority integrations and define how new integrations are onboarded at scale. • Partner with Automations to make integrations the substrate for agentic workflows. • Influence group-level decisions through compelling storytelling and strategic framing. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, CS, sales, and Partnerships. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
