• Have exceptional craft and eye for detail demonstrated through an exciting and varied portfolio. • Have strong design fundamentals in typography, layout, illustration, and motion. • Be creative, conceptually innovative, and able to push ideas further through experimentation while maintaining a meticulous, detail-oriented approach. • Have proficiency across all Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. • Be articulate, confident, and assertive when presenting work, able to build trust and strong relationships with clients and teams. • Be a team player who thrives in a design-driven, collaborative environment with a great attitude and no ego. • Be able to understand user and client needs, translating them into effective digital design solutions. • Be highly efficient, detail-oriented, and able to manage tight deadlines while staying organised. • Be comfortable designing and building presentations with strong storytelling skills. • Be an ambitious self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity with a can-do positivity and optimistic attitude.

• Have skills in motion design using After Effects to bring designs to life through motion. • Have animation skills.

• Execute innovative and effective digital communications, interface design, and interaction design experiences. • Contribute to and elevate the visual aesthetic of all Phantom projects. • Design experiences that are both creatively and technically ambitious. • Develop ideas from concept through to production design and development. • Work closely with creative teams, developers, producers, and strategists to bring projects to life. • Approach design with curiosity, exploring multiple ideas and iterating quickly. • Present your work with confidence, clearly explaining your rationale to clients and team members.
