About the role

💼 What you will do

• Act as a strategic technical advisor to ensure clients maximize the value of Sonar’s code quality and security solutions. • Drive account maturity and product adoption while reducing churn through deep technical engagement. • Evangelize the Sonar methodology to govern continuous code quality and security improvements across large organizations. • Influence the product roadmap by advocating for customer needs and identifying functional gaps.

📋 Job Requirements

• Possess at least 5 years of practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering. • Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales customer-facing technical roles. • Exhibit excellent presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Show a proven ability to work autonomously and manage activity plans with limited supervision. • Maintain high listening skills with the ability to formalize and abstract complex customer feedback. • Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude focused on challenging the status quo and driving innovation.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Experience in static code analysis (SAST) and its implementation within CI/CD pipelines. • Proven track record of running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for enterprise-level accounts. • Deep knowledge of 30+ programming languages and modern DevOps infrastructure technologies. • Background in recruiting and upgrading development teams to advanced technical workflows.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain "Trusted Advisor" status within a dedicated portfolio of accounts. • Execute Sonar deployment audits to identify gaps and drive remediation plans. • Educate developers and managers on the value of static code analysis and the Sonar ecosystem. • Collaborate with Sales representatives to elaborate technical strategies tailored to account contexts. • Triage and troubleshoot technical pains or adoption inhibitors effectively. • Keep accounts updated on the product roadmap and upcoming value-add releases. • Position the Sonar ecosystem favorably against competing products within the account.
