📋 Job Requirements
• Possess 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Buying, or Inventory Management.
• Hold a BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate highly analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Exhibit strong people leadership experience in inspiring, developing, and retaining talent.
• Maintain intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (macro experience is a plus).
• Demonstrate familiarity with planning systems, SAP, and MicroStrategy.
• Show the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Possess the permanent right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Own inventory reporting including sales, inbound production, stock holding, and availability.
• Build and present the EMEAI unit-level Open-to-Buy (OTB) plan in partnership with Inventory Management.
• Oversee SKU-level forecasting and monthly reforecasting processes for NOOS key products.
• Chair quarterly market hindsight meetings and guide regional analysis for cross-functional leads.
• Manage receipt tracking into distribution centres to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and opportunities in a fast-paced environment and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Buying, and Account Services to ensure inventory alignment.
• Provide clear objectives and regular performance feedback to direct reports.
