• Join the Screening team, building a robust control framework that screens customers, counterparties, and transactions across all Wise products.
• Help prevent onboarding of sanctioned individuals, identify politically exposed persons, and detect adverse media risk — all while keeping the customer experience as invisible as possible.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operational teams to turn insights into real change for customers.

📋 Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience analysing data in a professional setting.
• Strong quantitative background — ideally in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, analytics, computing, or a related scientific field.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R, and building data pipelines; dbt experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business insights into persuasive, simple-to-understand analytical narratives.
• Ability to structure business problems with minimal supervision and prioritise independently.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
