About the role

💼 What you will do

• Act as thought partner and Chief of Staff to Anthropic's Global Head of Partnerships, extending his reach and amplifying his impact across the Global Partnerships organisation. • Lead a small portfolio of strategic, cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the Global Head of Partnerships that don't yet have a clear owner. • Own his communications surface area — board updates, all-hands content, executive briefings, and key partner correspondence. • Prepare him for his most important moments including partner executive meetings, CEO syncs, and external speaking engagements. • Serve as connective tissue between the Global Head of Partnerships and his leadership team — surfacing signal, closing loops, and ensuring decisions stick across regions and functions.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 7+ years of experience including time as a Chief of Staff, in management consulting, or in a senior individual-contributor role supporting a C-suite leader. • Have working knowledge of the cloud and AI partner ecosystem — AWS, GCP, Azure, systems integrators, and ISVs — enough to represent a senior GTM leader credibly from day one. • Have strong written communication skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems quickly and draft for a CEO or board audience. • Have high EQ and the ability to hold both confidence and candour with senior leaders across functions. • Have a bias toward action and genuine energy for making other people more effective.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have experience at a hyperscaler or enterprise SaaS company during a period of rapid scale. • Have directly supported a senior GTM leader as their Chief of Staff or right hand.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Join rooms the Global Head of Partnerships can't and carry his point of view into them. • Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives without a clear owner. • Partner with Chiefs of Staff across Anthropic to keep Partnerships priorities aligned globally. • Own board updates, all-hands content, executive briefings, and key partner correspondence. • Prepare the Global Head of Partnerships for partner executive meetings, CEO syncs, and external engagements. • Surface signal from the leadership team and ensure decisions are implemented and followed through.
