Head of AI Compliance (CX)

• Lead compliance across AI-driven applications, customer communications, and marketing at Revolut as Head of AI Compliance within the Customer Experience department. • Sit within the first line of defence, enabling faster regulatory alignment and execution across Product, Tech, and Growth teams. • Translate evolving AI and conduct regulations into actionable, product-ready requirements while maintaining delivery velocity. • Own post-launch product reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible. • Fully remote role based in the UK, with a London office also available.

• Experience in AI and/or regulatory compliance. • Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context. • Experience at a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing technology company, or strategy consultancy. • Excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact. • Highly adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Deep familiarity with EU or UK AI regulations, including the EU AI Act or FCA conduct risk guidance. • Experience developing compliance frameworks for customer-facing AI products. • Background in consumer protection regulations and marketing standards in a regulated financial services context.

• Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on AI regulations. • Support new product launches and multi-market roll-outs for new customer experience features. • Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials. • Own post-launch product reviews, ensuring regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible. • Translate evolving regulation into actionable, product-ready requirements. • Conduct horizon-scanning and support BAU compliance activities. • Enable the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity. • Enhance existing frameworks or develop new ones consistent with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, internal policies, and risk appetite.
