Head of AI Compliance (CX)

• Lead compliance across AI-driven applications, customer communications, and marketing within Revolut's Customer Experience department. • Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on AI regulations and translate evolving regulation into actionable, product-ready requirements. • Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials for regulatory compliance. • Own post-launch product reviews, ensuring regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible. • Conduct horizon-scanning and support BAU compliance activities across multiple markets. • Develop and enhance compliance frameworks that remain consistent with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, internal policies, and risk appetite.

• Have experience in AI and/or regulatory compliance. • Have expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context. • Have experience in a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing technology company, or strategy consultancy. • Have an excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact. • Be highly adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. • Be able to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

• Have specific experience advising on EU AI Act, FCA consumer duty, or similar AI-related regulatory frameworks. • Have experience supporting multi-market product roll-outs from a compliance perspective. • Have experience building compliance frameworks from scratch within a regulated fintech environment. • Have experience reviewing and approving financial promotions or consumer communications at scale.

• Own compliance for AI-driven applications and customer-facing communications within the CX function. • Advise Product, Tech, and Growth teams on AI regulations and emerging regulatory requirements. • Support new product launches and multi-market roll-outs for customer experience features. • Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials. • Own post-launch product reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are documented and defensible. • Translate evolving regulation into practical, product-ready guidance. • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned to regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
