About the role

💼 What you will do

• Play a key part in Form3's Documentation team, making a tangible impact on the company's growth and scalability, since technical documentation directly influences how easily the SaaS is implemented and configured within client organisations and partners. • Support the current Technical Writer in creating and maintaining both new and existing documentation, ensuring materials evolve alongside Form3's services and stay best-in-class and user-friendly. • Lead projects using new AI tools for knowledge management.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring experience in product documentation and content publishing. • Bring 1+ years of experience writing technical documentation, specifically for APIs, cloud-based software, or SaaS systems. • Be proficient with documentation tools such as Markdown, Swagger, and Postman, creating high-quality materials for technical and non-technical audiences. • Be comfortable with AI prompting and Cursor, with an appetite to work with AI knowledge management tools. • Bring familiarity with version control systems and developer platforms, including Git and GitHub. • Bring a sound understanding of coding, APIs, and cloud-based architectures. • Bring exceptional attention to detail, with advanced writing, proofreading, and editing skills. • Be fluent in written and spoken English at native level or equivalent. • Bring excellent people and communication skills, working both collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment. • Have experience managing stakeholders and building relationships within remote, cross-functional teams.

• Have written documentation in the payments or fintech domain. • Have led AI-powered knowledge management or documentation-automation projects. • Bring experience with docs-as-code workflows. • Have supported or mentored other technical writers.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain API documentation for a range of payment services, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and ease of understanding. • Develop user-friendly technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including product user manuals, technical specifications, and technical tutorials. • Lead efficient new knowledge management projects using AI tools, ensuring documentation evolves alongside Form3's products and services. • Maintain a centralised, organised repository, keeping consistency and clarity across all technical documentation. • Manage and maintain Postman collections and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, keeping endpoint definitions and request/response schemas synchronised with live docs. • Gather feedback to continuously refine and improve documentation, aligning it with real-user technical requirements. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, supporting internal documentation needs and advocating for documentation best practices across the business. • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regularly updating content as products and services evolve.
