📋 Job Requirements
• Bring native-level fluency in German with a deep, intuitive understanding of German culture and user behaviour.
• Bring 5+ years of experience in localisation, UX writing, transcreation, translation, content design, or a related role within a global e-commerce or tech company.
• Bring excellent command of localisation practices including foundational internationalisation principles, 3+ years of experience with translation management systems, and familiarity with linguistic quality assurance frameworks such as MQM.
• Bring a solid understanding of UX content methodologies and comfort working with design tools such as Figma or Miro, analysing user research, and using data to inform decisions.
