Senior Customer Engineer

• Own the end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation process for strategic enterprise customers across the EMEA region, ensuring successful deployment, platform integration, and alignment to business goals. • Serve as a trusted senior technical advisor, helping customers identify high-value use cases, apply best practices, and translate Builder's platform capabilities into scalable implementation patterns. • Lead onboarding sessions, technical workshops, advanced trainings, executive briefings, and hands-on enablement engagements for audiences ranging from senior stakeholders to working engineering teams. • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, partnering with customers, Support, Product, and Engineering to diagnose challenges and deliver high-quality resolutions. • Work fully remotely from anywhere in the EMEA region.

• Bring 6+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, with a track record of delivering scalable, maintainable solutions in production environments. • Bring experience leading technical implementations for enterprise customers, including discovery, solution design, onboarding, troubleshooting, and adoption. • Bring deep familiarity with APIs, GraphQL, CMS integrations, design systems, component-based architectures, and enterprise-scale content workflows. • Bring experience working with AI-powered development workflows, prompt-based systems, or LLM-enabled products in real production contexts. • Bring strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bring experience with headless CMS platforms or visual development tools in enterprise environments. • Bring familiarity with composable architecture patterns and how they apply to large-scale digital experience platforms. • Bring experience synthesising customer feedback and implementation patterns into actionable product roadmap input. • Bring a track record of creating scalable enablement assets such as playbooks, code samples, and implementation guides.

• Own enterprise customer implementations end-to-end, from technical onboarding through expansion and optimisation, driving sustained usage and measurable business impact. • Design and deliver high-impact enablement including workshops, advanced trainings, and executive briefings for a wide range of technical and business audiences. • Synthesise customer feedback, implementation patterns, and emerging use cases, and partner with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap priorities and customer experience improvements. • Develop scalable resources including documentation, playbooks, code samples, and implementation guides that help customers adopt Builder successfully at scale. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent customer outcomes.
