Senior Full Stack Product Engineer (TypeScript)

• Design and deliver high-impact features on the Product Engineering team, working closely with product, design, and other engineers to solve complex problems, build scalable solutions, and keep systems maintainable and performant. • Take ownership of projects from concept to production, contribute to architectural decisions, write high-quality code, and help raise the technical bar by sharing knowledge and best practices. • Build elegant features for user researchers to analyse and extract insights from qualitative data, using both classical techniques and large language models. • Expand audience management to help researchers connect with and reward participants worldwide, and integrate video and scheduling tools for managing and booking user interviews.

• Be proficient with modern full-stack JavaScript (Node.js and React) and relational databases (PostgreSQL). • Be enthusiastic about well-tested code and driven to improve your work environment. • Bring excellent written and spoken English skills. • Thrive in a remote environment.

• Bring Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and/or TypeScript experience. • Have experience with AWS and/or Kubernetes. • Bring an interest in UX, UI design, and the research field. • Have worked on data-heavy or LLM-powered product features.

• Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design, build, and ship new features. • Establish best practices, frameworks, and repeatable processes that let the team measure the impact of every feature shipped. • Evaluate and improve the performance, maintainability, and security of applications in production. • Work in a collaborative, open team that places high value on feedback, continuous learning, and trust.
