• Take ownership of projects from concept to production, contribute to architectural decisions, write high-quality code, and help raise the technical bar by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Build elegant features for user researchers to analyse and extract insights from qualitative data, using both classical techniques and large language models.
• Expand audience management to help researchers connect with and reward participants worldwide, and integrate video and scheduling tools for managing and booking user interviews.
