API/Integrations Specialist

• Research, maintain, and optimise the integrations (connectors) that power Hurree's data ecosystem, enabling seamless data flow between Hurree and dozens of external tools and APIs. • Combine technical execution, product insight, and partnership communication to ensure high-quality, scalable connectors that delight customers and support business growth. • Serve as a subject-matter expert on the third-party APIs used within Hurree's product. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape connector roadmaps and integration strategies.

• Bring experience with and understanding of software integrations and APIs, especially connector-focused work. • Bring a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and other authentication standards. • Be familiar with API testing tools and protocols, such as Swagger/OpenAPI and Postman. • Bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. • Communicate well across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Have previous experience in a SaaS product environment focused on data aggregation or analytics. • Bring familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript. • Have knowledge of third-party tools such as CRMs, marketing, and social media platforms. • Have experience documenting APIs, data schemas, and integration guides.

• Research, document, test, deploy, and maintain robust connectors to external platforms such as CRM, analytics, finance, and marketing tools. • Ensure connector reliability, security, and performance, researching new tools and documenting them for engineers to develop. • Troubleshoot and resolve connector issues, root-cause failures, and improve stability over time. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, prioritise connector roadmaps, and refine integration strategies. • Partner with other departments to answer technical questions and support onboarding of key connectors. • Monitor updates or changes to external APIs and proactively adjust connectors to maintain compatibility, documenting connector behaviours, data schemas, error handling, and best practices. • Participate in test planning to ensure high-quality deliverables and identify opportunities to improve connector development productivity and customer outcomes. • Create and maintain clear technical specs and integration guides, and help document internal best practices and external knowledge base articles for customers.
