📋 Job Requirements
• Possess 0-2 years of experience in ad operations, trading, or managing media/tech accounts.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to learn and teach technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Exhibit excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Show experience working effectively within cross-functional team environments.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Maintain a dependable and accountable approach to managing a book of accounts.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for buy-side customers.
• Train customers on new and existing platform features to ensure full adoption.
• Consult with clients on programmatic best practices for self-service media campaigns.

• Liaise with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver against customer goals.
• Triage and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collect and provide market feedback to internal teams to guide product development.
