• Possess significant industry experience with a deep understanding of the pensions market. • Demonstrate a proven track record as a sales leader in delivering on high-value targets. • Exhibit strategic thinking skills with strong commercial acumen. • Show mastery in presenting and leading pitches for new business at a senior level. • Maintain the ability to work as a self-starter who thrives in high-impact, results-driven roles. • Demonstrate the permanent right to work in the UK.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to successful win and implementation. • Develop a consistent stream of new business opportunities through proactive networking. • Represent Standard Life externally at key industry events and advisor meetings. • Oversee the transition of new accounts into Business As Usual (BAU) operations. • Partner with Marketing, Investments, and Proposition teams to align market needs with product offerings. • Provide reporting on pipeline status and maintain high visibility at SL-hosted events. • Guide pitch teams to ensure the delivery of a 7-star experience for prospective clients.
