About the role

💼 What you will do

• Own and maximize the renewal value for a dedicated book of business within the UKI region. • Partner with the wider Sales organization to ensure customers are set up for long-term success with their contract terms. • Articulate complex business value and ROI to senior customer stakeholders to drive retention. • Act as the commercial driver for the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal execution.

📋 Job Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside or Field Sales. • Maintain 2+ years of relative industry experience within the technology or cybersecurity sector. • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate objections to achieve win-win outcomes. • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to resolving commercial challenges. • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to multiple personas. • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional, fast-paced environment.

• Specific experience managing SaaS renewal cycles is highly desired. • Proven track record of leveraging channel relationships to drive renewal success. • Deep understanding of value-driven sales methodologies and ROI justification. • Familiarity with Sales Operations tools for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Act as the commercial owner of renewals, including maintaining and reporting an accurate weekly forecast. • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with both customer objectives and company targets. • Lead customer touchpoints including Business Value Justification meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews. • Analyze data and leverage sales tools to identify expansion opportunities and business value. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across an assigned account portfolio. • Prioritize and manage multiple high-value deals simultaneously to maximize renewal outcomes. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to drive team forecasting and planning.
