Sales Operations Analyst

• Support the International commercial organization by managing day-to-day Sales Operations and Deal Desk activities. • Act as a hands-on contributor to revenue modeling, deal support, and cross-functional system improvements. • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to streamline commercial processes. • Drive operational excellence by ensuring data integrity and providing actionable pipeline insights.

• Possess 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Revenue Operations. • Demonstrate hands-on proficiency using Salesforce as an end user. • Exhibit intermediate Excel skills including the use of formulas, filtering, and pivot tables. • Show high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities. • Maintain strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience.

• Hold a Salesforce Admin certification or advanced technical system knowledge. • Demonstrate previous experience specifically within a Deal Desk or revenue modeling environment. • Show familiarity with international business operations and multi-regional collaboration. • Possess experience in the advertising technology or digital media sectors.

• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy across opportunities, accounts, and reporting structures. • Assist with Deal Desk processes including deal set-up, proposal coordination, and approval workflows. • Support regular reporting and pipeline reviews to inform commercial decision-making. • Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support and basic technical troubleshooting. • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure alignment on commercial timelines. • Create and update process documentation and operational task guides. • Support ad-hoc operational tasks and system improvement projects as required.
