💼 What you will do

• Own outbound pipeline generation for net-new enterprise and strategic accounts. • Drive impact across the Enterprise sales organization. • Work closely with Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives and EMEA sales leadership. • Engage complex buyer personas and generate qualified opportunities. • Help scale the outbound motion across the EMEA region.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 1–2+ years of experience in a pipeline generation role or highly process-oriented environment. • Be fluent in German with the ability to prospect and communicate confidently with German-speaking stakeholders. • Have experience with complex, consultative sales cycles and outbound prospecting into new accounts. • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a sense of ownership. • Align with Monte Carlo's core values.

• Have experience selling into enterprise or strategic accounts within B2B SaaS or technical products.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own strategic outbound prospecting into net-new enterprise and strategic accounts through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. • Partner closely with Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and territory strategy. • Qualify prospects through consultative discovery. • Track activity and pipeline in CRM and sales engagement tools.
