💼 What you will do

• Be the first BDR in the London office and play a key role in establishing Webflow presence in the region. • Create a fantastic first impression for new customers reaching out to learn about Webflow products. • Qualify inbound leads, identify new opportunities, and partner closely with Account Executives to build and accelerate pipeline. • Develop deep product expertise and clearly communicate Webflow value proposition to potential customers.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have prior sales experience, ideally in high-rejection environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and performance metrics. • Have business-level fluency to read, write, and speak in German or French. • Be comfortable with or eager to learn CRM systems and sales engagement platforms. • Bring a strong drive to achieve top results paired with a confident attitude on phone and video calls. • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify and clearly explain complex concepts. • Be a collaborative team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results. • Be energised by ambiguity and motivated to contribute to team-wide best practices and scalable success.

• Have fluency in both German and French. • Have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. • Be actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI. • Have a BS or BA degree or relevant equivalent experience.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Create a fantastic first impression for new customers who reach out to learn about Webflow products. • Qualify inbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, and identify new opportunities. • Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalised outreach. • Collaborate with Demand Generation to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation. • Create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information up to date in Salesforce. • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes with an emphasis on building to scale. • Become a Webflow product expert and convey the value proposition to potential customers. • Travel up to 15% primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.
