📋 Job Requirements
• Have 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS or tech-focused environment.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Research and identify high-value leads across inbound and outbound channels using email, dialer, LinkedIn, and AI-driven intent signals.
• Architect and execute multi-channel outreach, leveraging AI to customize messaging and ensure every touchpoint is bespoke and relevant.
• Continuously experiment with AI tools and automation to prune manual tasks and increase speed-to-lead and overall productivity.
• Engage with inbound leads and conduct strategic discovery to qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making timelines.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, lead status, and next steps within Salesforce.
• Work closely with Account Executives, the Manager of SDRs, and other sales team members to ensure smooth lead handoff.
