Senior Research Partner (UK / CET)

• Join the Go-to-Market team as a strategic advisor and research expert, partnering closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers to help prospects and customers unlock the full value of Maze. • Help customers embed user research into their product development process. • Suit this role if you deeply understand the craft of UX research but also thrive in customer-facing environments. • Feel energised by helping others mature their research practices, influencing stakeholders, and translating research expertise into business impact.

• Bring 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Research Operations, or a related field. • Have worked directly with cross-functional product teams in fast-paced environments. • Bring exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives. • Be highly collaborative and organised, able to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward. • Be comfortable balancing strategic conversations with hands-on execution. • Be willing to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and company events.

• Bring familiarity with UX Research, Design, and Product tools and ecosystems. • Bring expertise in research operations or scaling research programs. • Have worked at a SaaS or product-led technology company. • Have experience running discovery calls, workshops, or executive presentations.

• Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements throughout the lifecycle. • Lead customer-facing conversations including discovery calls, workshops, enablement sessions, and executive presentations. • Help prospects and customers establish scalable research workflows and integrate Maze into their product development and decision-making processes. • Consult with customers on UX research best practices, continuous discovery, democratised research, and research operations.
