💼 What you will do

• Maintain excellent tooling that enables Monzonauts to do their best work. • Deliver high-impact end-to-end technical solutions to support the business. • Implement automations and best practices across tools, processes, and fixes. • Maintain SaaS tooling and vendor relationships. • Support the wider TechOps team and Security collective. • Build and support innovative office tech. • Keep platforms secure and available.

📋 Job Requirements

• Be comfortable working in a technical team that deals with a wide range of technical issues every day. • Be comfortable presenting technical information to groups of people. • Be passionate about helping people and creating an inclusive support environment. • Communicate technical solutions effectively to people with wide-ranging levels of technical expertise. • Have experience delivering technical projects and tools. • Have experience in complex technical problem solving. • Have an understanding of basic networking. • Love learning on the fly and sharing knowledge with others. • Have experience managing macOS, Windows, or ChromeOS devices using mobile device management.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have experience with Google Workspace, Slack administration, and Okta. • Have experience supporting and building AV solutions. • Have experience automating processes and tasks. • Have experience in programming languages such as Python. • Have experience building and maintaining monitoring solutions with tools like Prometheus and Grafana. • Have experience with infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform. • Hold a certification in networking such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
