📋 Job Requirements
• Have ideally 8–11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, with 5–7 years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with modern scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, or SQL, and/or popular programming languages such as Java, C#, or C++.
• Have experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-premises.
• Have demonstrated ability to review complex application architectures and guide customers on improvements.
• Have excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly.
• Have the ability to strategise with sales teams on multi-threaded account strategies.
