• Join the Hiring team to help source and hire talented, diverse people into Monzo's tech recruitment team. • Work with Hiring Managers to structure and run great hiring processes. • Care deeply about diversity and inclusiveness while giving candidates an amazing experience. • Be passionate about making processes work better.

• Have experience recruiting for fast-paced, product-focused companies, especially in tech. • Care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity. • Love sourcing and pride yourself on your resourcefulness. • Be empathetic, adaptable, and respectful of candidates' needs and priorities. • Be able to adapt your approach to work with a range of stakeholders with different needs. • Be able to tell whether somebody has the skills needed without relying on previous job titles or qualifications.

• Have experience recruiting in-house at a startup or scale-up. • Have worked directly with senior stakeholders.

• Work with Hiring Managers to identify what skills they're looking for and how best to assess these. • Challenge hiring managers' thinking and ask the right questions to figure out requirements. • Work on hiring processes from beginning to end and convince candidates to join Monzo. • Find the right candidates from a range of backgrounds and have ideas about how to make them feel welcome at Monzo. • Move mountains in the background to make the hiring process effortless and pleasant once a decision is made. • Use data to work out what's going well and where things could be better. • Constantly refine hiring processes to make them simpler and more effective.
