Product Design Lead

• Lead design across major product areas at Omnea, owning both hands-on work and the direction, standards, and decisions that shape how the product evolves. • Spend time with customers — procurement leaders, finance teams, and security stakeholders at companies like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Gymshark — using those insights to guide the design roadmap and longer-term direction. • Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape problem definition, scope, and sequencing — often before features are obvious. • Raise the quality bar across the Design team by setting clear expectations around UX, UI, and craft, and modelling thoughtful, direct feedback. • Help define and evolve Omnea's design system and patterns so teams can move faster without losing coherence as the company scales.
