Product Design Lead

• Lead design across major product areas owning both hands-on work and the direction, standards, and decisions that shape how the product evolves. • Help define what great looks like for design as the company scales, influencing product direction, hiring, and ways of working. • Work on a product at the intersection of finance, legal, security, and operations where good design materially changes how companies operate.
