Product Designer, Integration

• Shape the future of integrations at Typeform, building coherent, scalable, and high-quality experiences across Apps & Integrations, Automations, and Typeform AI connectors. • Work at the intersection of workflows, automation, platform design, and AI-powered tooling. • Join the Product Design, Platform & Intelligence team, focused specifically on Integrations. • Help customers discover, connect, and activate the tools they already use — from CRMs to marketing platforms and emerging AI ecosystems. • Fully remote, hireable from the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, or Spain.

• 4+ years of experience in digital product design. • Experience designing SaaS products and complex product workflows. • Strong experience working across the full product design process, from discovery to delivery. • Experience designing integrations-heavy, workflow automation, platform, or data-focused products. • Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to usability and clarity. • Experience conducting user research and incorporating findings into design decisions. • Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems. • Comfortable collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. • A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful product thinking and shipped work. • Fluent in English.

• Experience with iPaaS ecosystems or integrations platforms. • Experience designing AI-powered product experiences or tool ecosystems. • Experience creating shared platform patterns across multiple product surfaces. • Experience working on marketer tools or workflow automation products.

• Design intuitive and scalable integrations experiences across discovery, setup, configuration, permissions, and management flows. • Help evolve shared UX patterns across integrations surfaces, including Apps & Integrations, Automations, and Typeform AI connectors. • Lead end-to-end design work, from discovery and ideation through to execution and iteration. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to shape requirements early and reduce ambiguity. • Plan and run workshops, user research sessions, usability testing, and design walkthroughs. • Contribute to and leverage the Design System to create reusable patterns that scale across the platform. • Influence the long-term design direction for scalable connection management and integrations experiences. • Work on cross-functional journeys where Integrations intersects with Workflows, Automations, and AI-powered experiences.
