About the role

💼 What you will do

• Shape how Synthesia shows up in experiential moments around the world — from global events and physical environments to the digital experiences that surround them. • Translate and expand Synthesia's brand into physical and experiential environments globally, from trade shows to owned customer events. • Join a team of seven brand and motion designers, reporting to the Head of Brand Design. • Work in a low-process, high-ownership design culture that values strong fundamentals and production discipline. • EMEA remote, ideally London-based or hub-based elsewhere in Europe; travel required across Europe, the US, and potentially APAC.

📋 Job Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or experiential design, with strong hands-on events experience. • Multidisciplinary designer comfortable working across physical, digital, and motion mediums. • Proven experience designing physical environments and real-world brand experiences. • Strong visual craft across typography, layout, and physical-to-digital brand translation. • Deep knowledge of print production and large-format design — this is a must. • Fluent in Figma, with the ability to translate work into production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator. • Strong sense of ownership, comfortable leading projects end-to-end in a low-process environment. • Producer mindset — able to balance creative ambition with feasibility, timelines, and budgets. • Comfortable collaborating with and directing external partners, vendors, and agencies. • Experience in B2B or tech environments.

• Experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow to accelerate ideation, iteration, or content creation. • Experience building websites in no-code tools such as Framer or Splash. • Basic 3D modular design skills. • Industrial design knowledge.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Translate and expand Synthesia's brand into physical and experiential environments globally. • Evolve the visual design of event presence across trade shows, conferences, and owned customer events. • Design booths, spatial environments, signage systems, print assets, and merchandise from concept through production. • Develop cohesive event identities across physical and digital touchpoints, including presentations, environments, and social media. • Design for digital experiential moments such as webinars, virtual events, and launches. • Storyboard and design motion and screen-based content for events and keynotes. • Partner closely with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. • Provide art direction and guidance to external vendors, agencies, and fabricators. • Own production quality — managing print setup, supplier-ready files, and on-site execution standards.
