Mid-weight Product Designer

• Own end-to-end product design across multiple areas of Viator's B2B platform — from discovery and research through to delivery and Design QA. • Drive product strategy by evaluating pillar-level opportunities, translating research and data into clear problem definitions, and advocating for customer-centred decisions. • Plan and conduct user research, synthesising insights into actionable design direction. • Create flows, maps, IA, and prototypes to communicate and test solutions with cross-functional teams. • Use and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of product design experience. • Have marketplace experience — this is a hard requirement. • Think strategically and love being hands-on to deliver meaningful outcomes. • Ground decisions in research, data, and customer insight. • Be comfortable owning complex problem spaces and influencing direction. • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy. • Have a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.

• Have experience designing for B2B operator or partner-facing platforms. • Have experience contributing to or maintaining a Design System at scale. • Have experience mentoring other designers or advocating for design quality across cross-functional teams.
