🎯 Responsibilities
• Deploy the Omnea platform consulting customers on processes to build, working with key stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, InfoSec, and IT.
• Present value-focused demos of the platform building bespoke configurations of workflows to key stakeholders.
• Become a product expert and one of the best people in the company at configuring the product, building workflows, and developing new use cases.
• Work with the CTO, product, and engineering teams leading all customer deployment work and championing the voice of the customer internally.
• Work in close partnership with Technical Solutions Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Engineers to support the customer journey.
• Act as a diligent project manager coordinating and driving towards launch and focusing customer stakeholders on achieving key milestones.
• Build relationships and manage stakeholders at every level from junior procurement analysts to CFOs and Board Members.
