📋 Job Requirements
• Be a fully qualified CIMA professional or hold an equivalent accounting qualification.
• Possess proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in commercial finance or FP&A.
• Demonstrate solid working knowledge of International Accounting Standards.
• Show proficiency in advanced Excel and have working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion.
• Display strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Exhibit solutions-focused thinking with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Financial Control teams to develop a holistic business view.
• Own the annual budget and rolling quarterly forecast processes including timeline communication.
• Report in-year performance against plan while identifying financial risks and opportunities.
• Support the annual 3-Year Plan process by developing proposals for long-term growth.
• Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to improve customer profitability.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, trends, and initiatives within the wholesale business unit.
• Conduct financial feasibility and ROI analysis for wholesale store openings and projects.
• Contribute to various key financial projects and ad hoc analytical work as required.
