About the role

💼 What you will do

• Resolve technically complex customer cases and engineer solutions that help Vercel customers get the most out of the platform. • Troubleshoot issues alongside Engineering, identifying and driving fixes and mitigations. • Specialise in Vercel's v0 product area and act as a domain owner within the support team. • Mentor teammates and lead by example across a fully remote, globally distributed team. • Participate in an occasional weekend or holiday on-call rotation, scheduled in advance as part of Vercel's global coverage model. • If London-based, work from the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday; otherwise fully remote.

📋 Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience using Vercel and v0 as a platform. • Modern development and architecture experience in the AI or web space — e.g. building LLM-powered apps, web services, or production web applications. • Prior technical customer support experience: troubleshooting customer cases, writing clear solutions, and proactively problem-solving. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex systems clearly to a range of audiences. • Comfortable working with a fully remote, globally distributed team. • Willingness to participate in a weekend and holiday on-call rotation.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Frontend development experience, particularly with React or Next.js. • Experience with technical writing for public documentation or developer education. • Experience automating workflows with agentic services.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Solve technically complex support cases for Vercel customers across web and AI product areas. • Troubleshoot and partner with Engineering to identify root causes, drive fixes, and implement mitigations. • Develop and improve internal tools and scripts that increase team efficiency. • Own the v0 product domain within the support team and act as the go-to specialist. • Improve existing documentation and create new runbooks, guides, and internal processes. • Assist Customer Success Managers with Enterprise requests and escalations. • Partner with Product, Solutions, and Customer Success to provide guidance both internally and externally.
