📋 Job Requirements
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
• Bring 4+ years of professional experience developing software, preferably in Go.
• Demonstrate proven experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Show proven experience deploying Machine Learning solutions.
• Have experience developing Kubernetes Operators.
• Bring experience with API design and development principles (RESTful APIs).
• Communicate strongly in both written and verbal form.

• Bring experience working in asynchronous agile software teams.
• Have experience building and training Machine Learning models.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient code for the Machine Learning components of the Civo Cloud Platform using Golang.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through comprehensive testing and optimisation.
• Utilise concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels) to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve team performance through refactoring, optimising, and improving the documentation of code and the application of best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stay up to date with the latest Go language trends, libraries, and tools.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
