💼 What you will do

• Spearhead feature development and roadmap delivery for Hutch's flagship motorsports title F1 Clash, striving to be the #1 mobile racing game in the world. • Lead cross-functional Feature Pods, owning the lifecycle of new systems and mechanics from ideation through to global launch. • Turn high-level strategy into high-impact player experiences that drive long-term business value. • Evolve the game's core experience by integrating industry best practices to ensure features are as commercially successful as they are engaging.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate a strong track record as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in the free-to-play mobile space, specifically leading the delivery of complex features or game systems. • Show expert knowledge of the full development cycle from initial discovery and wireframing to live performance monitoring and iteration. • Have experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment with the ability to motivate developers and maintain a high bar for quality. • Understand how feature design impacts both the player experience and wider business performance. • Be highly proficient in data analysis and A/B testing, extracting actionable insights from complex data sets to inform product decisions. • Demonstrate a strong foundational understanding of F2P live operations, seasonal cycles, and how live content interacts with permanent features. • Communicate complex product concepts and roadmap trade-offs exceptionally to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bring experience leading "Meta" systems, social/competitive features, or progression mechanics. • Have a background in midcore games or titles with deep systems. • Demonstrate advanced experience with SQL, Amplitude, or Tableau. • Have a genuine passion for Formula 1, motorsports, or competitive gaming.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary Feature Pods (Design, Engineering, Art) to conceptualise, build, and ship major game features that move the needle on core engagement and performance metrics. • Work with the Analytics team to conduct deep-dive game analysis, identifying friction points and core product problems, ensuring the roadmap delivers targeted solutions. • Author comprehensive product specs and define clear success metrics for every feature, aligning the team on how new systems contribute to overall business health. • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new features, ensuring successful rollouts including experiments and optimisations. • Work as part of the PM team to oversee releases, game health, UA, forecasting, and small feature support. • Actively monitor post-launch performance, using data to validate whether features solved intended problems and iterating rapidly if they didn't. • Use player data, market trends, and competitive analysis to ensure new features utilise modern F2P mechanics and industry-leading design patterns.
