About the role

💼 What you will do

• Lead EMEA brand marketing for KAYAK and momondo across key markets including the UK, France, Spain, Sweden, and Denmark, reporting to the SVP of Brand Marketing. • Define and lead a full-funnel, audience-first brand strategy that balances short-term performance with long-term brand building, and shape how KAYAK and momondo show up culturally across the region. • Own the EMEA brand budget and investment strategy, setting media priorities, owning budget allocation, and working with internal and agency teams to execute and optimise plans. • Lead integrated, cross-channel campaigns across TV, online video, OOH, audio, social, and owned channels, partnering with Creative, Media, PR, and Product Marketing. • Hire, mentor, and grow regional brand leaders, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on clear priorities and scalable execution. • Work hybrid from the London office three days per week.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 12+ years of experience in brand marketing with significant leadership experience across multiple European markets. • Bring a proven track record of building and scaling full-funnel brand strategies that drive measurable business impact. • Bring experience developing integrated campaigns across online and offline channels including TV, OOH, audio, and digital. • Bring comfort working in performance-driven environments with a strong understanding of measurement, testing, and attribution. • Bring experience managing and developing teams, and influencing cross-functionally at senior levels.

• Bring specific market experience in France and the Nordics. • Bring experience in consumer tech, travel, or digital marketplace businesses. • Bring hands-on experience with media-mix modelling and incrementality testing to prove brand impact.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Define and lead a full-funnel EMEA brand strategy, shaping how KAYAK and momondo appear culturally across the UK, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, and other markets. • Localise global brand positioning and messaging for local languages and contexts, developing messaging frameworks, tone, and CTAs that ensure consistency across assets. • Lead integrated cross-channel campaigns, partnering with the Sr. Director of Creative to balance storytelling and conversion across a dual-track approach. • Move planning from broad demographics to intent- and audience-driven strategies, with channel-specific creative approaches and optimised budget allocation. • Work with Brand Strategy and Measurement to run experiments, media-mix modelling, and incrementality testing to prove impact and drive continuous improvement.
