Research Officer, Economics and Finance

• Have a passion for using economic or financial research skills to tackle climate change. • Have an excellent economic or financial research skillset obtained through a relevant degree or equivalent work experience. • Have excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. • Be able to research, understand, and communicate unfamiliar topics within tight deadlines. • Have excellent economic and financial communication skills covering both spoken and written communication. • Be organised, able to work independently, and manage workload effectively.

• Have a proven ability to undertake independent, novel economic, financial, or related social science research. • Have familiarity with climate and environmental science. • Be able to demonstrate sound judgement and take responsibility for delivering research projects. • Be able to communicate effectively to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Be able to develop compelling visuals to communicate data analysis.
