About the role

💼 What you will do

• Open up partnerships as an entirely new revenue channel at PostHog, building from the ground up. • Identify which partnerships are worth pursuing such as implementation agencies, AWS and cloud marketplaces, or integration partners like Vercel and Replit. • Negotiate commercial terms, enable partners to succeed, and run co-marketing that actually drives revenue.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have experience working with implementation and integration partners of all scales at a technical level. • Have a track record negotiating complex commercial agreements including revenue shares, co-sell motions, and enterprise partnerships. • Have experience building or working with partner certification programmes.

• Have previous experience in startup sales or marketing roles.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities, lead outreach, define scopes, and negotiate commercials from scratch. • Run partnership co-marketing hands-on including launch announcements, case studies, co-branded content, and campaign execution that fits the PostHog brand. • Ensure chosen partners are set up for success through sales enablement, education, and certification. • Ship partner launches, onboarding motions, co-marketing, enablement, and internal processes then iterate until it is working.
