💼 What you will do

• Join at a point where Digital PR is Reboot's largest and most established service, pushing into areas like AiPR, GEO, and more commercially-driven PR strategies. • Shape how the service develops with real scope to challenge thinking, introduce new approaches, and strengthen strategic output. • Work closely with Senior Managers, the Head of Department, and cross-functional teams across SEO, Data, and Design. • Own and deliver high-performing Digital PR strategies across your client portfolio that align with SEO objectives and broader business goals.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate proven experience in Digital PR strategy and delivery, ideally within an agency environment. • Show strong strategic judgement with the ability to build campaigns that earn coverage and drive performance. • Communicate confidently and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally. • Maintain high standards for quality with the ability to challenge and improve work constructively. • Manage multiple accounts and priorities with strong organisational skills. • Be commercially aware, balancing creativity with what will deliver results. • Work comfortably with data and performance signals to inform decisions. • Have experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Muck Rack, and Buzzstream. • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel with excellent writing skills. • Have knowledge of search engines and basic approaches to SEO.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own strategic client communication across your accounts, building trust through clear direction and confident rationale. • Lead discussions on calls, ensuring clients understand the "why" behind campaigns and how activity links to goals. • Develop SEO-led Digital PR strategies grounded in insight, data, and commercial goals. • Build campaign roadmaps with clear themes, angles, deliverables, and success measures. • Create strong link-earning propositions across a mix of approaches from reactive to data-led and expert commentary. • Set the benchmark for what "great" looks like across campaigns, reviewing and sense-checking key outputs from ideation through to outreach. • Coach Digital PR team members to improve strategic thinking and campaign quality, providing clear, direct feedback. • Contribute to playbooks, templates, and frameworks that scale quality across the team. • Identify opportunities for experimentation and new approaches, contributing to evolving the Digital PR offering. • Contribute to pitches with strong strategies, campaign ideas, and clear rationale.
