💼 What you will do

• Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, bringing structure, accountability, and coaching to drive consistent revenue results. • Build a disciplined outbound motion and create repeatable processes that scale pipeline and deliver predictable growth. • Success is measured by pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and the team's ability to hit targets quarter after quarter. • Work closely with Marketing and Enablement to align pipeline strategies, sharpen messaging, and equip the team with the right tools. • Fully remote role based anywhere in the UK.

📋 Job Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience managing Account Executives in B2B SaaS or technology sales. • Proven ability to build and sustain structured outbound pipeline processes. • Track record of meeting and exceeding quota as a sales leader. • Strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy. • Background in developer tools, content platforms, or product-led growth paired with enterprise sales. • Experience in both large technology companies and smaller, scaling organisations.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with Sanity.io or headless CMS ecosystems and how they sell into enterprise buyers. • Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) company where self-serve momentum converts into enterprise contracts. • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Enterprise Account Executives, setting clear expectations, ensuring accountability, and providing coaching and support. • Strengthen the outbound sales motion — helping AEs prospect effectively, build pipeline coverage, and move opportunities through the funnel with consistency. • Bring rigour to forecasting, monitor conversion metrics, and intervene early when pipeline coverage is at risk. • Partner with Marketing and Enablement on pipeline generation strategies, messaging, and tooling. • Feed insights from customer conversations back to leadership to help shape go-to-market strategy.
