💼 What you will do

• Lead as the primary point of contact for a select portfolio of high-value global accounts on Viator, forging and maintaining deep, strategic relationships. • Develop and execute account strategies directly tied to business objectives and measurable growth. • Elevate and maintain a best-in-class product portfolio for assigned accounts to maximise traveller appeal across product quality, availability, and pricing. • Negotiate favourable commercial terms that protect and maximise Viator's profitability. • Proactively monitor and analyse key performance metrics, taking swift corrective actions to maintain and improve commercial health.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in B2B account management or sales. • Be entrepreneurial and commercially driven — growth focused, never settling. • Have demonstrated ability to grow accounts with a focus on delivering results and swift execution. • Be highly skilled in negotiation and securing favourable commercial terms. • Have a strong analytical mindset with advanced data analysis abilities. • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with both clients and internal teams. • Have a good understanding of the online travel landscape.

• Have experience in an online travel agency, operator, or travel industry environment. • Have experience managing globally distributed high-value accounts across multiple destinations. • Have familiarity with marketplace dynamics and supply-side product optimisation.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own strategic partnerships and account growth for a designated portfolio of high-value global accounts. • Diagnose and proactively address unique business opportunities with scalable solutions. • Ensure product quality, availability, and optimal pricing aligned with traveller and market demand. • Monitor and analyse KPIs and take corrective action to maintain commercial health. • Provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior management. • Collaborate with Destination Specialists and Support Teams to ensure exceptional partner satisfaction. • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and shifts in customer preferences to inform partner guidance.
