About the role

💼 What you will do

• Own the performance, retention, and growth of Yonder's partner book spanning dining, shopping, and travel. • Monitor partner performance and step in proactively to improve total spend through offer structure and placement strategy. • Own renewals, rebooking, and upsell conversations — turning one-campaign partners into long-term relationships. • Segment the partner book by engagement level to focus effort where it drives the most return. • Ensure new partners go live quickly in a way that drives real member engagement from day one. • Build case studies and proof points that improve sales conversion and help win more of the right partners.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have experience in account management, partner success, or a similar relationship-driven commercial role. • Be data-literate and commercially curious — able to read performance data and form a clear view on what to do next without being told. • Understand how to retain and grow a book of partners through proactive relationship management. • Thrive with ownership and autonomy — you help define how the function works rather than waiting for a playbook. • Be obsessed with partner outcomes and willing to advocate internally and push back when needed.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have a background in F&B, hospitality, or dining — understanding how restaurants and venues think about footfall, spend, and loyalty is a real advantage. • Have experience building health scoring or segmentation frameworks for account management. • Have experience in a fintech, rewards, or consumer brand partnerships context.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Monitor partner performance and proactively improve total spend through offer structure and placement strategy. • Own renewals, rebooking, and upsell conversations across the partner book. • Segment the partner book to ensure effort is directed toward the highest-return relationships. • Onboard new partners quickly and effectively to drive member engagement from day one. • Build proof points and case studies that support sales conversion. • Collaborate with product and marketing to ensure partner campaigns deliver real member value.
