Senior Knowledge & Enablement Specialist

• Help build and maintain the Synthesia Academy, the hub for deeper customer learning at the world leading AI video platform. • Independently lead execution across an Academy area contributing meaningfully to intake and learning design work. • Improve learner journeys through high-quality delivery, strong operational judgement, and evidence-led iteration.

• Be a senior builder comfortable owning meaningful scope while working within shared direction and contributing to something bigger. • Bring strong execution, sound judgement, and a clear sense of where you add value turning strategy into high-quality learning experiences. • Have experience improving what already exists and surfacing better options without creating ownership confusion. • Have strong content creation and multimedia skills with consistently high craft. • Have experience with QA, maintenance, and publishing discipline. • Be comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating changes clearly.

• Have experience in B2B SaaS customer education or Academy environments. • Have experience with learning design, storyboarding, and modality choices. • Have experience with taxonomy, information architecture, or content audits. • Have experience using AI-powered content creation tools. • Have additional language skills in French, German, or Spanish.

• Own the day-to-day delivery and upkeep of an Academy path, track, or learning area publishing accurately, maintaining quality, and keeping content current. • Support intake, discovery, and content planning by capturing signals, constraints, and learner needs clearly. • Contribute to design docs, storyboards, modality choices, and learner-flow thinking as part of a collaborative team model. • Spot friction in naming, placement, sequencing, navigation, and cross-linking and implement improvements within agreed direction. • Flag bigger taxonomy or structural issues early and bring clear recommendations. • Track learner feedback and performance patterns and use them to improve your area over time. • Create consistently strong content and multimedia, introduce reusable patterns, and strengthen QA and publishing discipline. • Work closely with Revenue Enablement, Product, Customer Success, Support, SMEs, and the wider Knowledge and Enablement team.
