About the role

💼 What you will do

• Own consumption growth across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts ensuring infrastructure is deeply adopted across organisations. • Build and maintain deep executive relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Platform becoming a trusted adviser on frontend and AI infrastructure strategy. • Be a critical part of the revenue engine where CSMs own consumption targets in clear swim lanes alongside AEs who hunt net-new pipeline.

📋 Job Requirements

• Be commercially minded understanding that CSM exists to produce revenue not just protect it and be comfortable owning consumption targets. • Be technically confident understanding modern frontend architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-native development well enough to earn credibility with senior engineers. • Be a long-game thinker who builds relationships over months and years navigating complex multi-stakeholder enterprise environments with patience and precision. • Be an EBR practitioner who knows how to run executive engagement programmes that surface new workloads and drive genuine consumption growth. • Be energised by organisational complexity and understand how change happens inside large engineering organisations. • Be disciplined and structured bringing rigour to portfolio management with a proactive engagement cadence. • Be curious, direct, and opinionated pushing customers toward better architectural and strategic decisions.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own consumption targets across a portfolio of Enterprise accounts tracking platform usage across all products and driving consumption into new teams, workloads, and use cases. • Build and maintain deep executive relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Platform. • Lead Executive Business Reviews as the primary lever for consumption growth. • Design and deliver internal hackathons and discovery sessions that translate executive curiosity into engineering adoption at scale. • Drive org transformation programmes with customers helping engineering leadership redesign developer workflows and tooling strategy around Vercel capabilities. • Develop multi-year account strategies that align Vercel roadmap to customer outcomes. • Orchestrate cross-functional resources including Solutions Engineering, Forward-Deployed Engineers, Product, and Support to accelerate adoption. • Maintain a structured engagement discipline with clear entry and exit criteria for adoption stages.
