Senior Web Strategist

• Drive the evolution of Typeform's website — one of its most important growth and revenue channels — converting more visitors, improving speed, and scaling the publishing engine. • Partner with the Head of Web Strategy to build a clear, prioritised roadmap covering CRO, technical improvements, and site-health initiatives. • Own hands-on execution across homepage and pricing optimisation, landing pages, SEO publishes, and core web vitals uplift. • Manage the CRO experiment programme end-to-end, from hypothesis generation through to rollout of winning variants. • Fully remote, hireable from the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, or Spain.

• Substantial hands-on experience in web optimisation, publishing workflows, CRO, and technical web fundamentals like site performance and core web vitals. • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO (indexing, schema, sitemaps) and on-page optimisation. • Comfortable managing the technical publishing process — CMS ownership, release validation, and zero-downtime operational reliability. • Strong data literacy — able to generate hypotheses from data, run experiments, interpret results, and translate insights into action. • Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines, including Paid Media, SEO, Brand, Data, and Product Marketing. • Thrives in a fast-moving growth or SaaS environment, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform stability. • Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders and explain complex technical issues in simple terms.

• Proven experience in a SaaS or high-growth organisation. • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog. • Experience with personalisation platforms, automation frameworks, or advanced web-growth tactics.

• Partner with the Head of Web Strategy to build a prioritised roadmap covering CRO, technical improvements, publishing enhancements, and site health. • Collaborate on SEO strategy with the SEO agency, identifying keyword opportunities and implementing site-wide architectural changes. • Own hands-on execution of the web roadmap, including landing pages, SEO publishes, technical SEO remediation, and core web vitals uplift. • Manage the CRO experiment programme end-to-end — hypothesis generation, prioritisation, A/B testing, and rollout of winning variants. • Take charge of the publishing workflow, managing the CMS and validating releases as the operational gatekeeper for the website. • Champion web performance, monitoring metrics like site speed, stability, bounce rates, and conversion rates. • Establish feedback loops with SEO, Paid Media, Brand, PMM, Data, and Rev Ops to keep the site architecture and content aligned. • Reduce technical debt and friction by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in publishing and conversion flows. • Help evolve the web function over time, contributing to new capabilities like personalisation and growth experimentation.
