📋 Job Requirements

• 5+ years of field marketing experience with direct ownership of EMEA programmes, campaigns, and events. • Proven ability to operate across both demand generation and event execution — strong at both, not just one. • Demonstrated experience executing a range of field marketing formats: sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events across multiple EMEA markets. • Experience working with and coordinating delivery through marketing agencies. • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo. • Genuine enthusiasm for travel, with availability to travel regularly across EMEA to support 20+ events per year. • Business-level fluency in English.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Support the planning and own the execution of Webflow's EMEA field marketing programmes, including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events. • Manage all aspects of event delivery, from venue sourcing, logistics, and vendor management through to content coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. • Drive audience generation, working with sales and marketing to identify, target, and convert the right attendees from priority accounts. • Support EMEA account plans in close partnership with the sales team, ensuring field programmes are directly mapped to pipeline goals. • Build and manage relationships with marketing agencies and partners, coordinating co-marketing programmes that extend Webflow's reach across key EMEA markets. • Manage programme budgets end-to-end, tracking spend and consistently delivering on or under budget. • Track, measure, and report on field marketing performance, including pipeline contribution, event ROI, and account engagement. • Contribute EMEA learnings and regional best practices back to the global field marketing playbook.
