💼 What you will do

• Own the execution of bringing Cytora's brand and story to life on its website, working closely with marketing and senior leadership. • Be responsible for website design and development — taking internal briefs, providing technical and design advice, and executing on development plans. • Help manage Cytora's global website including CMS updates, SEO optimisation, site speed, indexing, and conversion rate optimisation. • Collaborate across marketing, GTM, partnerships, and PR to realise initiatives and scale web activities. • Fully remote, open to candidates anywhere in the UK with permanent right to work.

📋 Job Requirements

• Adept in Webflow website development, able to bring designs and website functionalities to life. • Visual design skills across tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Dreamweaver. • Solid understanding of Webflow-to-CRM integrations such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and their impact on design decisions. • B2B, enterprise SaaS, or sales experience — crucial to success in this role. • Self-starter and keen problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and high autonomy. • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. • Experience in B2B marketing with an understanding of campaigns and the goals behind them.

• Experience working with external design agencies on creative projects and assets. • Background in technical SEO within the Webflow environment. • Experience developing go-to-market materials such as presentation decks, sales collateral, case studies, and white papers.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own Cytora's website design and development, executing on internal briefs from marketing and senior leadership. • Realise marketing and GTM initiatives via the website, driving efficiency and scalable activities. • Manage the global website including CMS updates, bug reporting, SEO optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation. • Audit website technical performance with the Growth Marketing Manager, identifying opportunities for improvement. • Own site speed, indexing, and technical SEO hygiene within the Webflow environment. • Work with external agencies on design, assets, and creative projects. • Collaborate with partnerships and PR to coordinate, publish, and distribute partner announcements. • Develop go-to-market materials including presentation decks, website pages, sales collateral, case studies, and white papers.
