🎯 Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a global logistics strategy aligned with company objectives, hardware programmes, and regional growth plans.
• Own relationships with global and regional freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers and lead rate negotiations, contract renewals, and capacity planning across regions.
• Own and ensure full compliance with domestic and international trade regulations, customs rules, tariff and duty, and safety standards.
• Own and implement logistics-related processes and tools and ensure they are documented, standardised, and scalable.
• Ensure seamless integration between logistics systems and purchasing, warehouse, finance, and other stakeholder workflows.
