💼 What you will do

• Develop innovative, insight-led creative strategies across campaigns, content, and digital channels for leading charity and non-profit clients including UNICEF, WWF, and Amnesty International. • Create strategies for propositions, messaging frameworks, and stewardship journeys that drive engagement and long-term value. • Design and conduct audience, market, and behavioural research to inform strategic direction, both independently and in collaboration with research agencies. • Work closely with the Creative Director to shape the agency's strategic offering and manage and collaborate with freelance strategists. • Help shape Catsnake's brand and communication strategy as a senior hire with real influence over agency direction.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have demonstrable experience in a creative strategy role within a creative agency, production company, or similar environment. • Have proven experience developing effective strategies for brand propositions and campaigns. • Have a strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insight to inform creative decisions. • Have experience working with testing frameworks, optimisation, and performance analysis. • Be confident creating and presenting strategic work to clients and senior stakeholders. • Have excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. • Be highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Have experience working with charities, non-profits, or purpose-driven organisations. • Have experience facilitating client workshops and audience focus groups. • Have familiarity with fundraising strategy or donor stewardship journeys.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop insight-led creative strategies across campaigns, propositions, and stewardship journeys. • Analyse performance data and testing results to generate clear, actionable insights. • Create inspiring internal briefs that enable strong creative output from writers, designers, and filmmakers. • Write and deliver compelling pitch decks, strategic documents, and presentations to clients. • Develop and facilitate workshops with clients and audience focus groups. • Conduct stakeholder interviews and challenge and focus client briefs. • Act as a key strategic voice within the agency, contributing to overall thinking and direction.
