• Own Omnea's field presence across EMEA with events as your primary lever — trade shows, executive dinners, hosted roundtables, roadshows, and regional programmes targeting CFOs, procurement leaders, and finance operators.
• Plan and execute events end to end with sharp pre, during, and post motions that convert attendance into pipeline, not just brand awareness.
• Build the playbook for how Omnea shows up in the EMEA market — from which events to sponsor to how to run Omnea's own.
• Own a pipeline number and operate as an extension of the revenue team, working closely with the London GTM team and SVP GTM.
• Travel regularly to industry events across EMEA and make regular trips to Omnea's New York office to stay tightly connected to the US GTM team.
📋 Job Requirements
• Have 3+ years of field marketing experience or equivalent experience planning events or projects alongside a fast-paced and demanding role.
• Have a proven track record of delivering results — ideally in a pipeline generation capacity or any role where you can demonstrate the outcomes you drove.
• Have experience working with sales teams and understand how they operate — pipeline reviews, how salespeople think, and revenue accountability.
• Be comfortable as a generalist when needed — able to run a paid campaign, set up an ABM sequence, or brief a landing page without needing a specialist for every task.
• Be entrepreneurial by nature — comfortable with ambiguity, energised by ownership, and able to build structure where none exists.
• Be data-driven — measuring success through pipeline, ROI, account engagement, and conversion rates.
• Be willing and able to travel regularly across EMEA and to New York.
• Be legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom without restriction.
🌟 Nice-to-have
• Have experience running executive dinners, C-suite roundtables, or high-touch enterprise events.
• Have experience with ABM programmes and account-based marketing execution.
• Have experience in enterprise SaaS, procurement, or B2B fintech marketing.
🎯 Responsibilities

• Measure pipeline influenced, account engagement, event ROI, and conversion rates continuously.
• Feed market intelligence back into the business to inform positioning, messaging, and product direction.
• Build and lead a team as Omnea's EMEA presence scales.
Omnea is one of the most exciting B2B SaaS companies in Europe right now. In just three years since its founding, it has raised over $75 million from world-class investors, grown revenue 5x in the past year alone, and more than tripled its headcount to 160+ people across London and New York. The company is now the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe and has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months. What stands out on Glassdoor (4.8/5 from 17 reviews, 100% recommend) is how consistently employees praise the talent density, the pace of learning, and the calibre of colleagues. People describe working alongside ex-founders, former operators from Google, Meta, TikTok, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and top startups like Tessian, Pigment, and Pleo. Omnea's careers page states they interviewed more than 10,000 people for their first 50 hires, and the hiring bar remains exceptionally high. The company works in person three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in London and New York, which is not for everyone, but reflects their belief that early-stage collaboration benefits from face-to-face time. Equity is structured so every employee has a meaningful stake, and the Senior Software Engineer listing shows salary ranges of £80K–£120K with £25K–£50K in equity. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a genuinely fast-paced environment: multiple Glassdoor reviews note that this is not a 9-to-5, though they add that working alongside exceptional people on a mission that matters makes it worth it. If you want to be part of a category-defining company at one of the most exciting stages of its growth, surrounded by some of the strongest talent in European tech, Omnea is hard to beat.
