Content & Comms Manager

Posted on 29 May 2026New

About the role

💼 What you will do

• Own Yonder's organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit — managing the content calendar, making the content, and tracking performance. • Write copy that sounds like Yonder: sharp, direct, a little cheeky — never generic, never forgettable. • Build, QA, and send email and push campaigns in Braze, owning the full comms calendar across every member touchpoint. • Manage the end-to-end influencer and creator process: outreach, contracts, usage rights, briefs, scripting, and approvals. • Collaborate with the Partnership team to bring reward partners to life through comms, editorial, and social content. • Support key member lifecycle moments including onboarding, first reward, upgrade nudges, and reactivation.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have strong creative taste and a clear point of view on how Yonder looks and sounds. • Be a social content native — you live on these platforms, understand what works on each, and can prove it with work you've made yourself. • Have hands-on comms experience including campaigns, canvases, segments, and reporting in Braze. • Make content yourself and have strong visual instinct. • Write genuinely well and be able to hold Yonder's voice from week one. • Have a calendar brain — able to manage multiple channels, audiences, and send dates without things falling apart. • Have some experience with community building across Reddit, brand communities, or creator relationships. • Be an AI power user who uses it to move faster, while applying your own taste and judgement to the output.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have a background in a startup or scale-up — you know what scrappy but quality looks like. • Have experience in fintech, D2C, consumer, or lifestyle brands. • Have influencer or creator management experience including contracts, not just DMs. • Have familiarity with A/B testing copy across subject lines, CTAs, and creative variants.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own and manage the organic social content calendar across all platforms. • Create short-form video, static, and carousel content using Figma, CapCut, or equivalent tools. • Track weekly social performance across engagement, reach, saves, and shares. • Research, onboard, and manage influencers and creators end to end. • Build and send email and push campaigns in Braze with confidence. • Pull audience segments by lifecycle stage, product tier, behaviour, and engagement. • Own the member comms calendar across every touchpoint. • Track open rate, CTR, conversions, spend, and opt-outs and feed insights back into future campaigns. • Collaborate with the Senior PR Lead and Senior Performance Marketing Lead on scripting, writing, and creative campaigns.
