💼 What you will do

• Own development and execution of marketing plans for a subset of focus Enterprise accounts across the UK and Ireland, contributing to pipeline growth and account expansion. • Support programmes to drive awareness and measurable acquisition lift within the startup and founder ecosystem in the UK — a strategic focus area for MongoDB's AI and digital-native startup programme. • Coordinate MongoDB-sponsored trade shows, events, and digital programmes end to end. • Build and execute lead generation plans that deliver qualified inbound leads and pipeline growth in collaboration with ABM marketing managers. • Drive awareness across AI, digital-native, and startup communities through founder networking events, AI builder hackathons, and startup and VC sponsorships.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in the technology sector with event and marketing experience. • Have a metrics-driven approach to success with the ability to demonstrate ROI from funded and co-marketing activity. • Be highly results-driven with strong analytical ability. • Have experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and partner teams. • Have excellent written and oral communication skills. • Have strong project management, time management, and organisational skills. • Be fluent in English. • Be based in London for the hybrid working model.

• Have Salesforce experience. • Have experience with ABM marketing and account-based lead generation strategies. • Have familiarity with developer communities, startup ecosystems, or AI builder audiences. • Have experience coordinating co-marketing activity with technology partners.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Integrate closely with account executives to execute marketing strategies for the UK and Ireland territory. • Develop and execute programmes and events to drive top-of-funnel awareness and bottom-funnel conversions. • Coordinate trade shows, events, and digital programmes from end to end. • Drive startup and founder ecosystem engagement through networking events, hackathons, and VC sponsorships. • Leverage intent signals to deploy targeted campaigns that nurture technical champions and influence buying committees. • Analyse and report on campaign performance and propose improvements. • Support the creation of high-quality marketing content including video, customer stories, and blog articles. • Communicate and educate the sales team on new and planned marketing activities.
