Sr. Manager, Venture & Startup Marketing

• Serve as MongoDB's representative within the London startup ecosystem, building and maintaining strong relationships across founders, operators, VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners. • Drive high-value startup acquisition by developing and executing a targeted strategy to convert high-potential startups into the MongoDB for Startups programme. • Design and execute a regional event strategy including VC-partnered events, demo days, hackathons, founder dinners, and community activations. • Partner with startups and internal teams to surface compelling stories showcasing founders building on MongoDB. • Own cross-functional alignment for the regional startup audience across MongoDB Ventures, Revenue Marketing, Strategic Events, and DevRel.

• Have 6+ years of experience in marketing, community, ecosystem, or events roles focused on startups, developers, or technical founders. • Have experience leading projects or programmes and collaborating across teams, driving initiatives from strategy through execution. • Have familiarity with the London startup ecosystem, ideally with existing relationships across founders, VCs, and accelerators. • Have experience working in or closely with startups or venture capital firms, with a solid understanding of how early-stage companies operate and grow. • Be highly organised and execution-oriented, able to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders. • Be data-driven and able to track engagement metrics and communicate the impact of regional initiatives. • Communicate clearly and confidently with founders, investors, and senior internal stakeholders. • Be based in London for the hybrid working model.

• Have existing relationships across the London founder and VC community. • Have experience designing and scaling developer or founder community programmes. • Have experience with AI-native startup ecosystems or developer marketing. • Have experience working within a globally distributed marketing team.
