• Design and execute a regional event strategy including VC-partnered events, demo days, hackathons, founder dinners, and community activations.
• Partner with startups and internal teams to surface compelling stories showcasing founders building on MongoDB.
• Own cross-functional alignment for the regional startup audience across MongoDB Ventures, Revenue Marketing, Strategic Events, and DevRel.
📋 Job Requirements
• Have 6+ years of experience in marketing, community, ecosystem, or events roles focused on startups, developers, or technical founders.
• Have experience leading projects or programmes and collaborating across teams, driving initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Have familiarity with the London startup ecosystem, ideally with existing relationships across founders, VCs, and accelerators.
• Have experience working in or closely with startups or venture capital firms, with a solid understanding of how early-stage companies operate and grow.
• Be highly organised and execution-oriented, able to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
